Lisa Pace - Pace Realty Group Property Management

As a Broker-Associate with Pace Realty Group, I head up our Property Management Division. I received my NC license in the fall of 2000 and my SC license a few years later. After opening Pace Realty Group, we found a strong pull into property management after selling several investment properties to our clients. And Pace Realty Group Property Management was born. We take the responsibility of managing the multiple aspects that come along with investment real estate out of the hands of property owners. We are the liaison between owners and tenants.

On the personal front, I was born in Chicago, IL but was raised in the Southeast. I attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC where I earned a business degree in 1992. I moved to Raleigh in 1997 and have been married to John Pace since February of 2000. We have two children, Jackson & Ava.

John and I have had several investment properties throughout our marriage. We have enjoyed fixing up and selling, as well as holding on to them and letting our wonderful Raleigh market appreciation take hold. We would gladly extend any advice or knowledge your way if your interest ever peaks towards rental property ownership.
